Gretchen became a member of the Koval Williamson team in 2007 and is a Corporate Executive Assistant on our Amazon Team. Over the years she has worked in many capacities in her work career which include: Book Keeping, Office Manager, Returns Specialist and Mathematics Tudor to name a few.
She joined the Amazon Team in 2008 and has been an integral part of our team, and her focus is to support the Amazon team by working with our Manufacturers to ensure that they receive the best service possible. The in-depth knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central System allows her to excel at her specialties which include recouping Amazon Shortage claims/chargebacks, resolving shipping, routing and non-compliance issues as well as in-depth training to our Manufacturers in regards to navigating the Amazon system. The ongoing changes at Amazon require our team to stay current on all policies, procedures, rules and non-compliance penalties, Gretchen is our point person to investigate and implement these changes within our team as well as work with our clients to implement these changes.
On a personal note, Gretchen enjoys vacationing at the beach, travel, gardening, movies, crochet and spending time with her family, daughter Alexis, and son, Tony.
