Michael began his professional career in 2000 as a Data Analyst for Information Resources Inc. (IRI) at Fred Meyer locations. Over the course of nearly a decade, he specialized in market share reporting for Kroger West. Michael then transitioned to work with two major brokers as a "Vendor Supplied Analyst," where he played a key role in the Planogram process, from new item meetings to POG finalization, across hundreds of categories.
Most recently, Michael served as the "Our Brands" Manager for Kroger GM and for the Fred Meyer Grocery/HBC team. In this role, he collaborated closely with teams across Category Management, Procurement, PID, and Magic to lead initiatives for Our Brands.
Outside of his professional life, Michael is a proud father of two sons and a daughter and has been happily married for over 20 years. The Stadler family enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and scouting.
